FETZER President We have contracted a dredge company to dredge the entrance channel to Spooners Creek, and wish to ask if you have any objections. The dredge is due in only a few days and this puts us on a tight schedule. It is necessary to contact all property owners and we apologize for not having touched base with you sooner. Your being such a resent property owner, it has just occurred to us we have not yet informed you. Faxed to you are copies of the proposed dredge sight and area where spoils are going to be deposited. The planned sight is on property near the entrance channel located on layout # 1. Should this not work out, we will then deposit the spoils in the area designated on layout #2. If you will note, the spoils sights on both layouts are not directly adjacent to your property. Fetzer Associates, Inc.(DBA Spooners Creek Yacht Harbor) would truly appreciate your response as soon as is convenient. Should you have any questions, please call us at (800-352- 7262). To simplify matters and make more convenient, in the event you have no objections, we have also faxed a reply you can sign and fax back. Our fax number is 919-726-8098.
