The original dock proposal which I approved had the dock on #8 going out at a direction of NI2,, W fir'- which was along the centerline of the Slauter's property. The new direction of N 3° E +/- will bring the proposed dock too close to the existing dock on #9, As youAg..ow during our discussions for the first proposal, my concern is that with a 60' boat a)ad the eaasting water depth, there needs to be sW cient distance e two docks to allow me to maneuver the boat around and approarla my dock from the upstream. direction.
