After reviewing the recent changes to the proposed dock for Goodwinds #8, which is
adjacent to my Lot at #9 Goodwinds, I cannot approve the dock as proposed.
The original dock proposal which I approved had the dock on #8 going out at a
direction of NI2,, W fir'- which was along the centerline of the Slauter's property.
The new direction of N 3° E +/- will bring the proposed dock too close to the
existing dock on #9, As youAg..ow during our discussions for the first proposal, my
concern is that with a 60' boat a)ad the eaasting water depth, there needs to be
sW cient distance e two docks to allow me to maneuver the boat around
and approarla my dock from the upstream. direction.
If the direction. of the dock. on #8 ig Taut back to it's original direction of N 12' W
then I will have no further objections but I cannot approve the dock as it is now
proposed_
