Per our conversation this morning, I am requesting a 90 day
extension on our current General Permit #13847. This permit
covers the replacement of 375 feet of bulkhead at the
Shoreline Marina at 1100 Pe ican Drivewriey t�i'e'rbaur
Recreation Club. The sections are numbered on our master
drawing on file with you as 101 thru 116.
This extension is requested due the failure of our
contractor, Pamlico Piers to even start the project. We now
are forced to find another contractor. The bulkhead was
plan for Shore Guard PVC which it may still be. However,
their is a strong possibility now that it will be wood. The
dimensions and etc would be the same as the original
application.
The adjacent property owners do not have objections to our
trying the get this area repaired.
A check for $50.00 payable to DEHNR is enclosed.
