Daar Mr. Hrownlow:
In reference to your letter of September 21, 1994 and to your
visit to my property on September 26, 1994 to discuss the above
subject, I hereby deny encroachment upon my property concerning
the above plan.
II have been requesting the repair of the severely deteriorated
bulkhead adjacent to my property since September of 1993 and
finally last week this deterioration has caused the collapse of a
section of my bulkhead. I explained the situation to you on your
visit of today and requested that the collapsed section of the
bulkhead be included in the repairs to Mimosa aridgea bulkhead„
Since you said that you did not have the authority to include
this in the above repairs, the request in your letter of
September 21. 1994 is denied until some resolutions to the
collapsed section on my property is resolved to my satisfaction.
