I r Mr. William A. Page, Jr. Rt. 5, Box 597 Newport, N.C. 28570 November 28, 1994 Dear Mr. Page: Persuant to your request, this provides a statement from the Bogue Sound Yacht Club Board of Directors that we have no problem with your plan to do minor channel maintenance on the portion of your property at the north end of Blue Heron Bay's marina. We understand that the CAMA officer requested this letter because our common area adjoins your property on the east side. It is our understanding that your work will be done in compliance with governmental requirements and will have no impact on Bogue Sound Yacht Club. Sincerely, R , 74-414-,4 Mr. ohn Tedford, President Bogue Sound Yacht Club BLUE HERON BAr Ocean, North Carolirn Mr. William A. Page Rt. 5, Box 597 Newport, N.C. 28570 December 6, 1994 Dear Mr. Page: The Blue Heron Bay Board of Directors has reviewed your plans to dredge the water area specifically adjacent to your property next to Blue Heron Bay's marina and we have no complaint with the work you plan to do. We understand you will accomplish your work with a required permit. We are not granting approval, however, for any.land or sediment disturbance which might effect our seawalls or marina slips and/or the support systems that hold them in place. Further, while you have a limited right-of-way to use our roadway, we understand that you plan to line the beds of any trucks removing silt or soil from your property or the dredged area. Therefore, we will expect that our roadways will remain free of debris and unaffected by limited truck traffic. We also understand that you may desire to erect a boat lift on your property at some time in the future and its placement will not obstruct or impede Blue Heron Bay boat traffic. We wish you best of luck with your projects and a Happy Holiday! Sincerely a. 16,75ILtel- M Jane iesicki u Heron Bay - Secretary
