This exemption to CAMA permit requirements does not alleviate the necessity of your obtaining any other State, Federal, or Local authorization. Any person who proceeds with a development without the con- sent of a CAMA official under the mistaken assumption that the development is exempted, will be in violation of the CAMA if there is a subsequent determination that a permit was required for the development. The applicant certifies by signing this exemption that (1) the ap- plicant has read and will abide by the conditions of this exemp- tion, and (2) a written statement has been obtained from adjacent landowners certifying that they have no objections to the proposed work. I understand that the dock will be located approximately 65 feet from my property line and will extend, perpendicular from the shore, about 35 feet across marsh and no more than 50 feet into the river. The dock is to be no wider than 6 feet and to be constructed of wood. I have no objections to the construction of this dock. I understand that the dock will be located approximately 104 feet from my property line and will extend, perpendicular from the shore, about 35 feet across marsh and no more than 50 feet into the river.
