Dear Sirs:
I am writing in compliance with Section 1100 of the general
permit for construction of bulkheads and the placement of
riprap for shoreline protection in estuarine and public trust
waters.
I request approval to refurbish the riprap not to exceed 5
feet waterward from the mean high water mark of my property
at 713 Shepard St. Morehead City, North Carolina.
The proposed site is 56.3 feet long and 5 feet wide along the
South side of my property.
