This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site -
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be- i
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

Dear LAMA,
Request that your office issue a local permit authorizing
us to restore our primary frontal ocean sand dune which was
recently damaged by the surf generated by hurricane Luis.
The property is extremely vulnerable right now to future
hurricanes this Fall. We realize that we are asking for
work to be done inside the May 1 through November 15 sea
turtle nesting period; however, we are positive that no sea
turtle nests were laid on the property this season. We
need to restore a section 400 feet long and 20 feet
wide and with a maximum vertical height of 6 feet.
Attached is a diagram to show the concept of the work and
the Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Statements.
