This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing
and attached general and specific conditions. Any violation of these terms
may subject the permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; and
may cause the permit to become null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit of-
ficer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certi-
fies by signing this permit that 1) this project is consistent with the local
land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement has
been obtained from adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they
have no objections to the proposed work.
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that this project
is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

Narrative:
The elevations shown are based on NGVD29 Mean 5ea Level
In an effort to establish the Riparian Corridor a profile of
the bottom was taken extending approximately 1200 feet
out from the shore line. As can be noted from the elevations
shown we did not observe the existence of a significant
channel to base the extension of the riparian corridor on.
Upon location of the existing docks In the immediate vicinity
of the lot in question. a pattern was established which
matches an extension of the side property lines. It is my
opinion that this was the basis for the riparian corridor on
these docks and that a deviation from this pattern would
be significantly damaging to the remaining properties In the
vicinity which do not currently have docks. Therefore we are
proposing that the best suited Riparian Corridor for this
property would be bounded by the extension of the side
property lines of this lot as shown.
