As can be noted from the elevations shown we did not observe the existence of a significant channel to base the extension of the riparian corridor on. Upon location of the existing docks In the immediate vicinity of the lot in question. a pattern was established which matches an extension of the side property lines. It is my opinion that this was the basis for the riparian corridor on these docks and that a deviation from this pattern would be significantly damaging to the remaining properties In the vicinity which do not currently have docks. Therefore we are proposing that the best suited Riparian Corridor for this property would be bounded by the extension of the side property lines of this lot as shown. -�g Charles A. Rawls.
