This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing
and attached general and specific conditions. Any violation of these terms
may subject the permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; and
may cause the permit to become null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit of-
ficer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certi-
fies by signing this permit that 1) this project is consistent with the local
land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement has
been obtained from adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they
have no objections to the proposed work.
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that this project
is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

I am sorry we have had so much trouble touching bases. I think I may
have been trying the wrong number.
Marceda Guild contacted me to let me know what you needed. I hope the following
will suffice.
I have no problem with you erecting a seawall at your residence at
Shell Rock Landing. I understand that you "inherited" some problems with the
existing seawall when you acquired the property and repairs will be required.
Naturally, it is understood that, should you require use of -my seawall in the
work you are doing, you will contact me. I will be happy to work with you should
the need arise.
Should you require me to sign -off on any permits, please do not hesitate to
send me what foams are required.
