I have gathered the additional information that you requested. I have attached a sketch of the proposed project. As you may recall, this project has a 134' concrete walkway that will lead out to the new pier. While I presented you with a drawing that showed a 4'x10' pier going to a 10'x25' end platform, you indicated that we could go further. I have talked with the homeowner and he would like to stay in line with his neighbors to the east. Thus, he would like to get a permit for a 4'x20' pier going to the 10'x25' platform. This would be 45' of new construction added to the 134' concrete "groin," making for a 179' project. The water depth, at mean low water, is 30 inches. In addition to a sketch, I have attached the necessary statements from the adjacent property owners. Thank you for your help and please do not hesitate to call me if you have any questions.
