Also, the project must be maintenance in nature and not involve areas that have not previously been dredged. S Application must enclose executed copies of the CAMA form "Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Statement." Please note that the CAMA regulations require the applicant provide (in the absence of executed forms) confirmation that adjacent property owners have been notified of intended dredging by certified mail receipt. Section .1502 (a)(2) on the enclosed CAMA regulations spells out the information that must be presented if adjacent riparian property owners are notified by mail. If adjacent riparian land is a vacant lot, Town Hall staff can assist you in obtaining the owner's address. 5.
