Attention: Scott Jones Dear Scott: In looking through my papers I found an advertisement from Sunbelt Association regarding the sale of the Vandemere Marina. My wife and I purchased the property in 1989. Our agent was Billy Paul who was Nick's partner at the time. This drawing shows the dock lay -out at that time. I, also, found a photo we used for a news paper ad in 1995 that shows a view approching the point of main and middle lagoons. I have marked Sunbelts drawing to show the area of docks to be repaired. I thank you for your help. My wife and I are looking forward to working with you in our efforts to improve our marina.
