the evening of December 21, 2000 regarding the Association's
application for a CAMA permit to dredge ten boat slips on
Plantation Canal in Craven County, North Carolina.
In response to your request, I am forwarding a cheque for an
additional fifty dollars ($50.00) to cover the increase in the
cost of CAMA permits that took effect on August 1, 2000.
Unfortunately, the Secretary of the Association did not request a
return receipt when she mailed the Association's notice of intent
to dredge to Mr. Patrick A. Patterson. Thus, I cannot provide
you with a copy of the receipt for your files.
