understand what he is going to do and have no problem with him installing a boat -lift.

Dear Brad,
We have been presented with a proposal, submitted by Mr. David Owens, to
install a boatlift on an existing dock. The dock is located at his place of business, the
Waterway Inn located at 160 Cedar Point Boulevard.
This letter is being sent to inform you that the Town of Cedar Point has no issue
with the modification of the existing dock to include a boatlift mechanism and it does not
require the issuance of an official zoning permit from the Town.
