Re: Permit Application
Ms. Tere Barrett:
We here with request a general permit to construct a bridge over little youpon creek, as we discussed in our
meeting with you on Feb. 22,2000.
The bridge will be 12 ft wide and 145 ft long, and will be constructed of wood piles and wood deck.
The construction process will utilize a crane working on top of the bridge and we will build as we go. We
will not need a work channel, nor will we need a roadway or mat system in the marsliland. All equipment
will be on top of the bridge.
We here with enclose signed letters from the riparian landowners showing that they have no objection to
the construction.
We here with enclose drawings giving the details of the bridge, (height, width, length, and data on the
existing conditions of the creek size, water depths, and grass locations)
Also, we here with enclose a check for $158.961or the permit fee.
