This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing
and attached general and specific conditions. Any violation of these terms
may subject the permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; and
may cause the permit to become null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit of-
ficer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certi-
fies by signing this permit that t ) this project is consistent with the local
land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement has
been obtained from adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they
have no objections to the proposed work.
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that this project
is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

To Whom It May Concern:
Ralph and Christine Nitt, who reside at 105 Sleepy Hollow Drive, Newport NC 28570,
own lot #12 at Spooners Creek North. They are assigned boat slip # 13 which is on the
left side of the middle pier in the Spooners Creek North Association Marina. As CAMA is
aware, we are beginning a minor reconfiguration of our marina which will be complete
within the next week or so, but will not affect Mr. and Mrs. Nitt's slip. They are assigned
a slip that will accommodate a boat of 26' in length. These owners are hoping to have
work done by TD Eure while they are in the marina area that will allow them to put in a
boatlift. The Neighborhood Association has no objection to Mr. and Mrs. Nitt putting in a
boatlift as long as the lift will accommodate a boat no longer than 26'.
