The original pier «ras severely damaged by Hurricane Floyd. In accordance with your instructions , signed statements have been obtained from the adjacent property owners indicating that they have no objection to the proposed replacement pier. Copies of these statements are enclosed , as well as a copy of CAMA and Dredge and Fill General Pennit No. 26166, and a copy of Receipt No. 4686, Town of Emerald Isle. A check in the amount of $ 100.00 is also enclosed to cover the cost of the CAMA permit. Anything you can do to expedite this request would be greatly appreciated.
