have the signed Adjacent Riparian Property Owners Statement from the lot owners on either side of our

Hi Jim -
The DCM frontdesk forwarded your e-mail message to me dated 5/12/01. There is no application form to
complete. The check is to be made payable to "DENR". Someone from the Morehead City Office will
call to schedule an appointment. Hold on to the check and adjacent riparian forms until the appointment
is made. Staff will collect these when the permit is issued.
