and attached general and specific conditions. Any violation of these terms
may subject the permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; and
may cause the permit to become null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit of-
ficer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certi-
fies by signing this permit that 1) this project is consistent with the local
land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement has
been obtained from adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they
have no objections to the proposed work.

Hi Scott,
On 3-6-01 you visited me with, Brad, and Don holey, to try and get a permit to
build a boat lift and put a roof an same. However due to a new requirement
,you stated I need 75 feet of shore line and Y only had 72.77 feet of shore.
You advised me that if I could get 75 feet of shore line you would issue a perm3
to build the hoatlift with a roof.
Attached is a copy of a Quit Claim Deed from Susanne M. Osgood to Marvin C.Mills
& wife Mary 3o Mills.
The call is for 3 feet of shore line this gives me 75.,7.7"and/Yndicated this
would meet the requirement of the state. etc.
