and attached general and specific conditions. Any violation of these terms
may subject the permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; and
may cause the permit to become null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit of-
ficer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certi-
fies by signing this permit that 1) this project is consistent with the local
land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement has
been obtained from adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they
have no objections to the proposed work.
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that this project
is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

Brad,
I left you a voicemail, but you can email me an answer if you want.
The Plantation Harbor board asked me to check on whether they can
increase the width of the last two finger piers from 3' to 6'. There
would be no increase in slips or the length of the overall piers.
There was a T head there before that was 6' x 46' . The permit is issued
for 3'x 38', and their request would be for 6' x 38'. The existing
footprint would stand and nothing outside of it is proposed.
I apologize for the late inquiry because they approved the dimensions
and drawings before I submitted them last week. This is minor dollar
wise, but it is a change none the less. I want to accomodate their
request, but I don't want to bump up to a major permit for any reason!
