Dear Ms. Carter:
In response to NC DAQ's July 17,2018 letter approving the Secondary Scrubber (SS)
installation as part of NCD-Hdr 1, Chemours is hereby providing the one day
notification of the commencement of installation of the SS. On Friday,October 5, 2018,
Chemours will begin fabricating the SS on site.
Chemours will also provide notification one day prior to commencing operation of the
SS.
