On November 22, 2019, a release of Perfluoropropionyl Fluoride (PPF) occurred in the Vinyl Ethers North tower. Stack testing was occurring in the area of the VEN tower, and the release (unrelated to the testing) was identified by personnel participating in the testing and site technicians.
