As specified in Section 2.1(A)(6)(g) of the subject Title V permit, the Permittee shall submit a
summary report by January 30 of each calendar year for the preceding six-month period between
January and June, and July 30 of each calendar year for the preceding six-month period between
January and June. The report shall include the following:
