in Bladen County,North Carolina was received by this Division on April 21, 2020.
This application submittal did contain all the required elements and is considered complete as of
April 21, 2020. You may implement the proposed change(s) as a minor modification under 15A NCAC
2Q .0515 immediately provided you comply with both the applicable requirements governing the
change(s) and the proposed permit terms and monitoring, recordkeeping, and reporting conditions
identified in the application. Until the permit is revised,you need not comply with any terms or
conditions you are seeking to modify. However, if you fail to meet the proposed permit terms and
conditions,NC DAQ may enforce the existing permit terms and conditions you seek to modify. The
facility assumes all financial risks associated with the construction and operation without a permit
revision.
Should additional technical information be required to process your application,you must
respond within 30 days of the request or the application may be withdrawn. If your application is
withdrawn, all permit terms and conditions in your existing permit will apply.
