Dear Ms. Carter,
This submittal is intended to satisfy 2.2 C.2.b, which requires Chemours to notify the
Regional Office of the date of beginning normal operation of the Thermal Oxidizer, the 4-stage
Caustic Scrubber, the Lime Silo or the Lime Slaker within 30 days after such date.
The Thermal Oxidizer and 4-stage Caustic Scrubber began normal operations December31,
2019.
The Lime Silo and Lime Slaker began normal operations January 6, 2020.
