Dear Ms. Bridgers,
Your current air permit, identified above, includes a stipulation requiring that a report be
submitted to this Office no later than 1 March 2019: condition A.9, 2Q .0803 "Coating, Solvent
Cleaning, and Graphic Arts." The required report has not been received If you have not already
done so, please provide this Office with the report within 10 (ten) days of receipt of this letter.
Once the report is received in our Office, a compliance determination, based upon the content of the
report, shall be made. This letter is to officially inform you that, by not submitting the required
report by the due date, you deviated from your air permit and from 15A NCAC 2Q .0803 "Coating,
Solvent Cleaning, and Graphic Arts."
As stated in the subject above, this letter represents a Notice of Deficiency for the cited
deviations. Be aware that future deviations from air quality regulations could result in issuance of a
Notice of Violation, and may be subject to the assessment of civil penalties according to North
Carolina General Statute 143-215.114A.
Additionally, the Division strongly recommends that you carefully examine your current
