Dear Mr.Kluttz:
This letter is to inform you that your annual report as required by Air Quality Permit No.
10141R04, Condition A.9 for the purpose of complying with 15A North Carolina Administrative Code
2Q.0315,"Synthetic Minor Facilities,"is late. This report was due on January 30, 2019. By failing to
submit the required report in a timely manner,you are deficient in fulfilling the requirements of Permit
Condition A.9.
Please send the delinquent report as soon as possible but no later than March 5, 2019. Please also
include in your response an explanation of why this deficiency occurred and the steps you have taken to
ensure that all future reports are received on time. Future reports should be received within 30 days of the
end of each calendar year. Failure to submit these reports in a timely manner may result in a violation.
All violations of air quality regulations are subject to enforcement action, including a civil penalty,
pursuant to NCGS 143-215.114A. You may wish to contact the Division of Environmental Assistance
