Dear Mr. Blalock,
Reference is made to the test report for the carbon monoxide (CO), filterable particulate matter
(PM), hydrochloric acid (HCl), and mercury (Hg) emissions tests conducted October 9, 15, and 16,
2018 at the above referenced facility. The emission sources tested consisted of the three wood fuel-fired
boilers (Emission Source IDs No. B-2, B-3, B-4). This report has been reviewed by the Technical
Services Section and was found to be acceptable. The results of the test show compliance with 15A
NCAC 2D .1109, "1120) Case-By-Case Maximum Achievable Control Technology," and 15A NCAC
2D .0504, "Particulates from Wood Burning Indirect Heat Exchangers."
