As of the date of this notice, this office has not received the semi-annual report due on January 31, 2019. This letter is intended to formally notify you that your facility is in violation of 40 CFR Part 63 Subpart ZZZZ. Please be advised that any future violation can result in possible civil penalties as per North Carolina General Statute 143-215.114A. North Carolina General Statute (a) (1) and (2) provides that a civil penalty may be assessed pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 143-215.107. To assure that the report is received by the required deadline, this office suggests the submittal of an electronic copy, followed by a hard copy, to meet the compliance deadline. I appreciate your help in keeping the air in eastern North Carolina as clean as possible.
