Upon review, the test procedures and results are considered acceptable and demonstrate compliance with the applicable regulations. Three dryers exhaust to the wet ESP, CD-PB-WESP. These dryers are subject to 15A NCAC 2D .0530 Prevention of Sign ficantDeterioration (PSD) Best Available Control Technology(BACT). The test results at the time of the testing indicate compliance to the emissions limits established by the regulations. Please see the attached memorandum dated September 26, 2018 for more details of the test review including a contact number for the test reviewer.
