I. DIRECTIONS TO SITE: From FRO,take Hwy 401 South to Wagram. Turn right at Old Wire Road
(Hwy 144)and continue—1 1 'h miles to Laurel Hill. Turn right onto Hwy 74 West and travel—35 miles to
Wadesboro. Continue through town,the facility is on the left,—50 yards past the Hwy 52 intersection.
H. SAFETY: Standard FRO safety gear is required.
III. FACILITY DESCRIPTION: Concrete Supply Co.,LLC., -Wadesboro is a dormant concrete batch
plant located in Wadesboro,Anson County. The facility has not been operational in years. Silos,
conveyors and raw material bunkers remain on site. The facility's air quality permit was rescinded on 09
August 2016 under the newly adopted 2Q .0102(d) exemption.
IV. INSPECTION SUMMARY: On 20 June 2019,I Mike Thomas of FRO DAQ, conducted a compliance
assurance visit of the Concrete Supply Co., LLC., - Wadesboro location. The facility remains unused and
there appeared to be no signs of activity to suggest reopening in the near future. I spoke to Mr. Johnie
Alexander,Environmental Manager,who stated that there are no plans to operate the plant in the future.
V. NON-COMPLIANCE HISTORY SINCE 2010: The facility does not have a history of non-
compliance.
VI. 112R APPLICABILITY: The facility does not store any of the listed chemicals above the threshold
quantities, and is not required to maintain a written Risk Management Plan(RMP).
VIL CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
Concrete Supply Co.,LLC—Wadesboro appeared to be complying with applicable air quality regulations
on 20 June 2019
