The purpose of this phone call was to conduct a partial air quality inspection without visiting the site due to the ongoing corona virus pandemic. This facility manufactures wooden drawer and cabinet parts. The facility employs 25 people. The facility is currently operating 6:00 am until 10:00pm, five days per week. Mr. Thad Carter, Plant Manager, spoke with me and provided me records by email during this evaluation. 2. Mid-Atlantic Wood Products June 24,2020 Page -3 — Summary of Conversation with Facility Contact I talked with Mr. Thad Carter, Plant Manager, by phone on June 24, 2020 who said that his facility was presently operating on the same schedule and do not expect to miss any maintenance that would have an effect on air quality, due to the corona virus pandemic. The facility has to conduct an annual internal inspection, for each 12-month period following the initial inspection, on their bagfilters and cyclone. Mr. Carter provided me documentation by email showing that since the last internal inspection conducted on June 25, 2018 we documented during an air quality inspection conducted on July 2, 2018, internal inspections on the bagfilters and cyclone were performed on September 24, 2018, August 19, 2019, November 11,2019,February 3,2020 and April 20, 2020. Mr. Carter stated during the phone interview that his facility has not had any excess emissions. The facility was issued an air permit on August 21,2015 due to expire on July 31, 2023. I let the facility know that they could send reports or other official submissions correspondence to us electronically at this time by either emailing me directly or by using the email account Dac.reports- applicationslncderingov. I also let them know that if they send us an electronic application that they would still need to follow up with a hard copy on a later date. The facility appears to be in compliance with their recording and recordkeeping requirements based on this partial compliance evaluation. Conclusion: The facility appears to be in compliance with their recording, and recordkeeping requirements based on this partial compliance evaluation.
