Reference is made to the test report for the filterable particulate matter emissions tests
conducted January 30,2020 at the above referenced facility. The emission source tested was the wood
fuel-fired boiler(B-4). This report has been reviewed by the Technical Services Section and was found
to be acceptable. The results of the test show compliance with 15A NCAC 2D .0504"Particulates
From Wood Burning Indirect Heat Exchangers,"40 CFR 60 Subpart Dc"Standards of Performancefor
Small Industrial-Commercial-Institutional Steam Generating Units,"and 40 CFR 63 Subpart DDDDD
