Reference is made to the test report for the visible emissions tests conducted April 8, 2020 at the
above referenced facility. The emission source tested consisted of the two dual-chamber natural gas-
fired hospital,medical, and infectious waste incinerators (Emission Source IDs: ES-01 and ES-02).
This report has been reviewed and was found to be acceptable. The results of the test show compliance
with 15A NCAC 2D .1206 "Hospital, Medical and Infectious Waste Incinerators, " 15A NCAC 2D
.1100 "Control of Toxic Air Pollutants, " and 40 CFR Part 62 Subpart HHH "Federal Plan
Requirements for Hospital/Medical/Infectious Incinerators Constructed on or Before June 20, 1996 "
