Dear Mr.Blalock,
This office received a test report for the carbon monoxide(CO)and filterable particulate
matter(PM)emissions tests conducted March 17,2021 at the above referenced facility.The emission
source tested consisted of the wood fuel-fired boiler(B-4).A preliminary review of the test report
indicates compliance with the emissions standards. However,a compliance determination will be
made after final review at our headquarters in Raleigh. You will be notified of the results of that
review when it is completed.
