Dear Mr. Blalock,
This office received a test report for the carbon monoxide(CO), filterable particulate matter(PM),
hydrochloric acid(HCl),and mercury(Hg)emissions test conducted August 25-27, 2020 at the above
referenced facility. The emission sources tested consisted of the three wood fuel-fired boilers(Emission
Source lDs No. B-2,B-3,B-4). A preliminary review of the test results indicate an exceedance of the
applicable B-4 filterable particulate matter limit of 0.03 lb/MMBtu as specified in 40 CFR 60 Subpart De,
"Standards of Performancefor Small, Industrial, Commercial&Institutional Steam Generating Units."A
final compliance determination will be made after review of the test report at our headquarters in Raleigh.
