Dear Mr. Yarbrough,
Reference is made to the test report for the filterable particulate matter(PM),multiple
metals (Pb, Cd, &Hg), hydrochloric acid (HCl), and visible emissions tests conducted April 6-7,
2021 at the above referenced facility. The emission sources tested were the two dual-chamber
natural gas-fired hospital,medical, and infectious waste incinerators (Emission Source IDs: ES-01
and ES-02). This report has been reviewed by the Technical Services Section and was found to be
acceptable. The results of the test show compliance with 40 CFR 62 Subpart HHH, "Federal Plan
Requirements for Hospital/Medical/Infectious Incinerators Constructed on or Before June 20,
1996," 15A NCAC 2D .1100, "Control of Toxic Air Pollutants," and 15A NCAC 2D .1206,
"Hospital, Medical, and Infectious Waste Incinerators."
