ES-1 and ES-2) at Duke Energy Carolinas,LLC—Marshall Steam Station located in Terrell, Catawba County,North Carolina on April 13,2021. The test was performed in accordance with the requirements of Air Permit No. 03676T58, Specific Conditions and Limitations Nos. 2.1-A.4.d. The Stationary Source Compliance Branch of the North Carolina Division of Air Quality has completed a review of the referenced test. It was determined that the testing is an acceptable demonstration of compliance. Please find enclosed a copy of the test review memorandum.
