Volatile organic compound destruction efficiency testing and permanent total enclosure testing was
performed on the adhesive coating line(ID No. ES-1)with associated regenerative thermal oxidizer(ID No.
CD-1)at Substance Incorporated located in Claremont, Catawba County,North Carolina on April 28, 2021.
The test was performed in accordance with air permit No. 10649R00, Specific Conditions and Limitations
No. A.6.e.
The Stationary Source Compliance Branch of the North Carolina Division of Air Quality has
completed a review of the referenced test. It was determined that the testing is an acceptable demonstration
of compliance. Please find enclosed a copy of the test review memorandum.
