I. DIRECTIONS
From FRO,head south on Green St toward Maiden Ln for 0.1 mile.At the traffic circle,take the 2nd exit
onto Gillespie St for 0.2 miles.Turn right onto W Russell St for 0.5 miles.Turn left onto Robeson St for 2.4
miles.Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Raeford Rd/US 401.Follow Raeford Rd./US 401 for 30.1 miles
to Wagram,NC. Tom right onto NC-144 W/Old Wire Rd for 6.2 miles.At the traffic circle,take the 2nd
exit onto NC-144,continue 5.4 miles,then take a slight right onto NC-1319 for 0.7 miles,then a slight right
onto US-74 W for 6.7 miles. Continue onto I-74 W/US-74 W(signs for Rockingham)for 10.5 miles.
Continue onto US-74 W for 19.0 miles. In Wadesboro,approx. 500 feet on the left past the intersection of
US 74 and NC 52 N,take a left before the Waffle House.

III. FACILITY DESCRIPTION
Concrete Supply Co.,LLC.,-Wadesboro is a dormant concrete batch plant located in Wadesboro,Anson
County. The facility has not been operational in years. Silos, conveyors and raw material bunkers remain
on site. The facility's air quality permit was rescinded on 09 August 2016 under the newly adopted 2Q
.0102(d)exemption.
IV. COMPLIANCE ASSURANCE VISIT SUMMARY
On 14 June 2021,I,Mike Turner,of the Fayetteville Regional Office of DAQ, called Johnie Alexander,
Environmental Manager of the Concrete Supply Co.,LLC., -Wadesboro facility. The purpose of my call
was to schedule a compliance assurance visit. Mr.Alexander stated to me this facility has not operated in
years and there are no plans to operate this facility in the future.
On 16 June 2021,1 drove by the facility and confirmed this facility is not operating.
V. NON-COMPLIANCE HISTORY SINCE 2010
The facility does not have a history of non-compliance.
VI. 112r APPLICABILITY
The facility does not store any of the listed chemicals above the threshold quantities, and is not required to
Maintain a written Risk Management Plan (RMP).
VH. CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Concrete Supply Co.,LLC—Wadesboro appeared to be complying with applicable air quality regulations
on 14 June 2021. Since no concrete was produced at this facility in CY 2020,there were no emissions.
Thus,this facility still qualifies for exemption from permitting.
