Summary of investigation:
1. On June 9,2021,Bruce Ingle of this office received an anonymous complaint forwarded by Wendell
Reed of EPA Region 4. The complaint indicated that there were visible emissions occurring at night and
rust on cars from operations at Galvan Industries, Inc.
2. On June 9,2021,around 4:OOpm, I called and spoke with Harshad Londhe, Plant Manager. He indicated
that there had been no upset conditions or changes at the facility. The most recent inspection of the
facility,conducted by Karyn Kurek, occurred on December 4,2020,with compliance indicated.
3. No further action will be taken by DAQ at this time.
