Dear Mr. Yarbrough,
This office received a test report for the filterable particulate matter (PM), multiple metals (Pb,
Cd, & Hg), hydrochloric acid (HCI), and visible emissions tests conducted April 6-7, 2021 at the
above referenced facility. The emission sources tested consisted of the two dual-chamber, natural gas-
fired hospital, medical, and infectious waste incinerators (Emission Source IDs : ES-0 I and ES-02) . A
preliminary review of the hest report indicates compliance with the emissions standards . However, a
compliance determination will be made after final review at our headquarters in Raleigh. You. will be
notified of the results of that review when it is Completed.
