Dear Mr. Bauer:
Parker Offshore is required to submit an Annual Compliance Certification(ACC) to the NC DAQ and
the EPA by March I st for the previous calendar year. The ACC for 2021 was due by March 1, 2022.
The WiRO did not receive it until March 14m. Failing to submit your ACC on time is a violation of
General Conditions, Section 3.P of your Air Permit. A reminder letter was mailed to you in January.
Please take steps to ensure your organization is familiar with all of the reporting deadlines in your Air
Permit. Also,be aware that any future violations of this type could result in civil penalties being
assessed against you as per North Carolina General Statute 143-215.114A.
