These five spare printers will be in addition to the ten existing spare printers listed in the current air permit as PMOl through PMIO. The installation of the five additional spare printers meets all of the conditions of 15A NCAC 02Q .0318(b) and therefore qualifies as a change not requiring a permit modification (see attached 02Q .0318 Notification Form - Changes Not Requiring Permit Revisions). MLK emission rates from the five additional printers are estimated to be 0.05 Ibs/hr and 1.20 lbs/day. This will not cause the facility wide MLK emissions to exceed the Toxic Pollutant Emission Rate (TPLR), as shown in the attached Summary of MLK Emissions and emission calculations.
