From WaRO take Highway 17N out of Washington for 1.2 miles. Drive past the Highway Patrol Station and turn right on (SR1509) Springs Road. The company utilizes several woodworking machines. Two (2) central vacuum systems capture emissions at each separate machine via ductwork is collected at its respective baghouse. The spray booth is equipped with dry filter pads for control. SAFETY: Safety glasses and hearing protection required. Bagfilter 310439 has been discontinued and ES-7 woodworking activities are routed to bagfilter 2205000. Paint booth SB-1 is only being used as a mixing room. The bagfilter is checked daily and records of these checks and any work performed are stored in the maintenance shop office. No visible emissions (VE)was observed. I did not observe any open VOC containers in the shop and throughout the facility. REGULATORY REVIEW: 21) .0512 "Particulates from Wood Products Finishing Plants" A permanent vacuum system captures emissions at each separate woodworking machine and routed to the bagfilter. No issues were noted. Compliance is indicated. 21) .0521 "Control of Visible Emissions:" There were no visible emissions observed during the visit. Compliance is indicated. 2D .0611 "Bag Filter Requirements:" The bagfilter appears to be and records of inspection/maintenance activities are recorded. 2D. 1806 "Control and Prohibition of Odorous Emissions:" I did not observe any nuisance odors inside the building or beyond the property boundary.
