On November 3rd 2021, Ryan Dyson conducted an inspection of Alleghany Stone, in which he
found our portable crusher had not been added to our inventory list. While we do not have a
reasonable excuse for this action, this year has been chaotic for us, between covid, and not being
able to find employees, therefore being severely understaffed. This is one of those instances
where reporting the added crusher, we were at the time renting, then proceeded to buy; had fallen
through the cracks. It has since been reported on our inventory list per Mr. Dyson, and we have
established a protocol for new equipment added to our facility.
