The subject letter was sent to you to advise you that this office had documented violations against
Halcore Group, Inc. The letter also advised you that we intended to send a report to the Director,Division
of Air Quality,recommending enforcement for the violations.
Based on your response letter and permit application received November 5,2021,and subsequent
communications with facility personnel, it has been decided not to recommend further enforcement action
for these violations. Thank you for your action to resolve this matter.
