 All forms and supporting documentation appear to be complete if paper submission (check ED OS data if electronic).
 Contact, address, phone number changes entered into I-Beam/Facilities if necessary.
 All known operating scenarios, control devices, and emission release points have been entered for each emission
source (permitted, insignificant, and unpermitted) or note that the emission source was not operated or not required to report.
 Check if SCC codes for each OS are accurate and update if needed.
 Evaluate "U" sources for significance and address according to policy.
 Calculations / forms appear to add up correctly.
 All compliance issues are being addressed (e.g. Toxics limits, above TV thresholds, large emissions
increase/decrease, installation without a permit).
 All volatile HAPs/TAPs were included in the VOC total.
 Calculations and control efficiencies appear correct. Emission factors are the best available and most current factors
appropriate for the reporting facility (e.g. stack testing, AP-42, etc.).

 Check all ED QA/QC reports.

DAQ's Comments Regarding Inventory
Process throughput increased to 737 tons per year in CY2021 from 591.8 tons per year in CY2020
approx. 24.5% increase. Emission changes +/- 10% due to increase in process throughput and
product variability per customer orders given the nature of the business. ISST-2.14 A inactivated on
3/2/2015. NOTE: styrene emissions are above TPER limits, but the facility is subject to MACT based NESHAP and is therefore
exempt from NC toxics regulations. However, facility did a toxics evaluation in 2015 to demonstrate that AAL is not violated with
styrene emissions of up to 19 lb/hr. Emission rate for this inventory is still below that limit at about 8 lb/hr. Compliance is indicated.
