Faci lity indicated that the emissions had erron eously been entered into the emission factor column and requested that the inventory be released to them in AERO to make changes . The updated in ventory was received in A ERO on 8/17/2022. On OS-3 -the units for throughput are in pounds -s upporting calculation s heet indicates gall ons a nd all calculations are based on gal lons. Changing pound s to gallons -n otifying faci lity. After the updates, there are no pollutants with changes greater than I 0% and emissions above the dcminimis values. Dawn, 2 I spent the morning here with Sarah going through the Aero reports from 2020 and then 2021. It appea rs the numbers were entered incorrectly into the Emissions Factor in the spreadsheet instead of the Emiss ions HAP/TAPS section. The same thing happened on both sections (Spray booths and VOC). This made the report calculate an extremely high chan ge . It appears the numbers were entered incorrectly into the Emissions Factor in the sp readsh eet instead of the Em issions HAP/TAPS section . The same thing happened on both sect ions (Spray booths and VOC}. This made t he report calculate an extremely high change. This form can be found on our website https://deg.nc.gov/about/divisions/air-guality . Once on the site, go to permits and rules, DEQ Forms, Division of Air Qua lity Forms, Title V (under per m itting), se lect either the exce l sheet or .pdf of Form A; Fill in the first section for the general facility information, then fill in the information for Jim Cole as the new Authorized Contact. This form then needs to b e signed and the wet signature hard copy sent to the Barrett Drive address for the Raleigh Regional Office, attention -Taylor Hartsfield, Regiona l Supervisor. Th e answer to your question is no, you do not need to resend paper co pies of the report. You do, however, need to send so mething that shows that the authorized conta ct signs off on the changes that you are making. For example, if you make the changes in AERO, then send a summary of the changes that you have made to Brittain Russell, Genera l Manager -Authorized Contact letting him know that the error was made and that you have made the changes (that you outline in you r email) to correct the changes. Mr. Russell then needs to reply to you that he is okay with the changes that were made. You then send/release the updated c hanges in AERO, and send me the email chain that you create so that I will have a record that the Authorized Contact says he agrees/certifies th e changes that were made to the inventory. Dawn, I spent the morning here with Sarah going through the Aero reports from 2020 and then 2021. It appears the numbers were entered incorrectly into the Emissions Factor in the spreadsheet instead of the Emissions HAP/TAPS section. The same thing happened on both sections (Spray booths and VOC). This made the report calculate an extremely h igh change.
